If anyone cares to know my heart:
MY HEART IS SO FULL. 🥰 Is it weird to bond with a group of absolute strangers in like 48 hours? Well, I did. I haven't felt this much love, in this specific way, in a while. So genuine, so pure, made me feel so at home ❤️ And to experience this with my best friend! Leveling up in a way that I didn't even know was possible. So priceless 🥺❤️ Anyway just wanted to document this. Feeling so thankful, blessed ..and also guilty cos I spent so much money on food this weekend 😭

The baby in the family turned 4! Happy birthday, dearest Asher!

To celebrate his actual day, we rode our scooters and balance bike out for a mum-and-kids lunch. We stuck a candle on a hot fudge just for him to blow out again and again as he loves doing it. For how long more will he enjoy this, I wonder

The hubby took half day off from work specially for this boy. We had a mini cake cutting ceremony at home with his favourite strawberries and he ate almost all of them, but not forgetting to feed some of them to us first. Awww. He also received a fire truck, a cap and handwritten cards from the sisters.

After that, I asked him if he would like to go outside to play more or head for Heguru lesson. He surprisingly chose the latter which is a strong sign of how much he enjoys his lessons and loves his teachers there.

We had a bonus and totally unplanned post dinner activity when we chanced upon an outdoor skating rink and the kids had half an hour of fun skating and enjoying the snow! Yes, not real ice nor snow but that joy was pure and we had fun together as a family.

The last part of his special day was spent at the supermarket, haha, as we had to get supplies for our poolside BBQ today. Yup, it's a whole weekend of celebrations and we are gonna be busy but happy! Till more updates.

Happy 1 Month, Ayla!

As I type this, I am baffled how 1 month can just fly by like this. Forreal? We celebrated Ayla's one month by throwing a mini celebration dinner and it was so lovely. Mind you, she did get a tad overstimulated and so I ended up being so focused on calming her down that I didn't realise my toddler needed to use the bathroom and so, he had his first accident. It's all good. He was all smiles when he was able to relieve himself despite the slightly damp trousers. Ayla was passed around the table so much that we didn't end up having the chance to take a picture that evening so we just took a few quick snaps before giving the babies a bath. In that moment, we felt so lucky to have each other and return to our little place we call home.

To the Chens, thank you so much for visiting us. It was so lovely seeing your beautiful family again. Even now, Isaac constantly tells us he misses Chloe. Isaac was a tad too eager seeing Chloe again and spent the weekend trying to win her love. It took a couple days but by the end of the trip, they were hugging each other and holding hands. I hope they will be life long friends for sure like we are with their parents.

Vlogs are running a lot slower than expected to be and honest, I only truly realised how little time I have to sit down with a laptop these days. In between nursing Ayla every 2 hours and spending time with Isaac and doing errands with the time between, I just don't get as much time to myself at the moment. Mummies with 2+ kids, how do you all manage so well? Give us your tips and advice. We think we're getting the hang of things pretty well but still trying to get into routine.

Ps. Thank you to the Tse family for Ayla's gorgeous headband. I can't get over how adorable it is. I wish there is one for adult size too.
