My wine column in Wine Luxe Magazine " What wines are fun to drink?" - tried some interesting Israel wines and Hevron Heights Eden Quitessense 2007 is v nice with high acidity, balance and good structure. It's fun to bring this wine to blind tasting, as your wine friends may not be able to guess it's from Israel! Another interesting wine is G.H.Mumm champagne, they just recently set sabrage booth at some outlet locations for guests to try to open it with champagne knife! So fun!
