When I took my first @dharmayoganyc YTT in New York I wasn’t intended to teach, i went to New York because I really like Dharma yoga and I wanted to meet & learn more from Sri Dharma Mittra, ( and that was a life changing experience🙏🏽♥️) and then when I got back I wanted to share the good things I’ve learned, and that’s how I’ve started teaching.
Two years teaching part time, I’ve finally decided to teach full time, this is when things are becoming very different! I am more aware of why and how am I teaching…
When I was in doubt whether I would be a good teacher and how can I teach better, I’ve decided to take the transformation TT with @yogasamrat , another 200 YTT, very similar yet very different, I got to learn all the knowledge which I know partly, now fully all over again, master Samrat has all the answers to the questions and things I did not fully understand, (or maybe I would say I was not ready to understand)…
It was truly a transformational journey, now that I would proudly call myself a full time yoga teacher, but yet, forever (enjoying learning all the time) a yoga student 🙏🏽

之前也有些同學在問相關的問題，然後問說台灣有哪些師資訓練可以選擇，所以希望在這篇文章集合大家力量，來一起列看看你知道台灣有在開或你有上過的師資訓練，讓未來想參加的練習者有更多選擇，也許就能找到最適合他們的。

簡單把上篇文章畫重點

1️⃣學校是否為YA註冊學校
這其實上官網查就知道了。

2️⃣此學校的風評，氣場跟教學方針
另外包含招生的門檻以及人數都要列入考量，是否幾乎無門檻或是人數很多等等。

3️⃣老師是誰，教的內容是什麼
非常重要，所以如果可以的話最好能上過老師其他的大眾課或研習課，可以的話越多越好，這樣可以幫助你更了解這位老師。然後也要確定教的跟練習的都跟你想要的接近。

4️⃣花費多少，地點，課程時間規劃
有些課程是密集型，有些是分散型，如果你需要很快拿到一張證書或是希望持續接觸，也許你適合密集型，而如果你覺得需要時間吸收內化，那就要選分散型，但有時候會因為老師時間規劃，很多大都是密集型。

5️⃣畢業過後
對於畢業生，學校或老師會提供怎樣的幫助也是一個考量的點。

Hi guys! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while.
I recorded this a couple weeks ago for my company - they wanted to send it out to keep everyone moving whilst working at home...and I just thought, why not upload it here too!

For those who don’t know, I got my 200 YTT (yoga’s teacher training) back in 2018! I taught for a little over a year on the weekends, but have stopped now. I do miss teaching sometimes, but I also prefer to spend more time on my own practise/baking/hanging out with my family ?

This is more like a 23 mins flow, but it didn’t sound as catchy as “20 mins flow” hahaha, but it does get your blood moving, and gives you a bit of a workout AND a stretch! So perfect for those who don’t have that much time, but want to sweat and stretch a bit.
