時間過得特別快，一天下來又累又滿足💦

其實獲益良多的不單是跆拳道面向，
教練們的人生經歷分享也讓人默默被啟發許多。
包含如何英文從零開始到國外當公開賽裁判（根本是拿著選手練習的精神在精進單字），還有鼓勵運動員也要多讀書才能在人生道路上擁有源源不絕的創意等故事。
這才是真正職人精神跟超強女力的結合吧！
能夠堅持對於這項運動技能的熱愛，
再將意志力及自律的態度應用到教學跟生活中，

你知道科學目前還沒辦法證實 deja vu 的原理嗎！
現在只有三個理論在推測
1️⃣ #雙重歷程（Dual processing）
大腦一次接收多種感官資訊的方式是將各種小細節平行接收＆同時分析，如果任何一個小細節的資訊傳送delay了，你的大腦就會被騙，以為資訊delay的那個片段是分開的事件，讓你誤以為曾經歷過一模一樣的事情。
2️⃣ #全息原理（Hologram theory）
當你經歷的某一瞬間和曾經體驗過的某場景有相似的元素時，你的大腦可能會斷章取義，只看一小部分就將整個場景定義為「熟悉」，讓你以為你經歷過一樣的事情。
3️⃣注意力分散（Divided attention）
如果多種感官同時接受刺激，但你卻因為不自覺的分心而只注意到某幾個部分的話，當你回過神來、注意到其他的感官刺激的時候，你可能會有「以前好像有經歷過一樣的事情」的感覺，但那只是因為你剛剛分心了。
下次再有既視感的時候
不妨分析看看自己可能是因為哪種原因而有這個感覺吧！
