My Ideal (probably not gonna make it) postpartum workout routine 🧘🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️🤸🏻♀️
🌟Background: I was the skinny type before having Nyle. For some reasons, I was advised to drink prenatal milk powder everyday and avoid doing exercise in my third trimester of pregnancy. Then I gained a lot of weight and almost doubled up my size. After 10 months, my arms and legs are back to my previous shape, BUT MY TUMMY is still here!!!!! 😭
I know I need to follow a workout routine and here’s my plan:
Mon: 10min core and leg exercise (follow Coffee Lam’s youtube video — 30 Days challenge best abs/ lower body workout)
Tue: 1hr Yoga
Wed: 10min core and leg exercise
Thu:10min core and leg exercise
Fri: 50min Jazz Funk
Sat: 50min TRX
Sun:10min core and leg exercise
Hope posting this in here gives me more motivation to follow it🙃💪🏼
