這是安排了兩星期的晚餐，一心想來試試蕭師傅最新推出的懷舊菜單。在此等高檔中餐館也不用坦心，菜式多是位上，不要說二人，就是一人來吃也問題不大。所以就是平日的晚上，店子也差不多坐至半滿，也不乏捧場客。
蕭師傅做的懷舊菜，當然是穩定地高水準。窩鍋明蝦將多士換上芋頭，卻有另一個口感及味道。羹底及汁底都非常出色，鷓鴣羹及柚皮都見功力。
八道菜，每位只是$880，個人覺得真的是半賣半送，絕對值得一試。
此外店子在聖誕節原來也推出一系列的外賣，這是餐後蕭師傅的現身推介，當然錯不了。

我2020年食過最好食的一頓飯。封面的“蔘雞湯Risotto”就已經完美地集合創意、新穎與美味於一身😍 這間 @zshospitality 旗下的modern韓國餐廳，總廚來自韓國2星米芝蓮餐廳Mingles⭐️⭐️ 即使他本人已經回到首爾，但餐廳的人氣絲毫不減，留下來的廚藝團隊亦是超水準👨🏻🍳🇰🇷
Tasting Menu ($780HKD) 七道菜裡面包括生牛肉、豬腩肉紫菜冷麵、炸物和signature菜式蔘雞湯risotto等等，全部相當出色🤤 注意，所有食客都規定必須點tasting menu。唯一可以更改的，就是額外加餸，而我是強烈建議你另外叫它的柚子醬韓式炸雞🍗($148HKD) 味道可以用「驚為天人」來形容😭❤️ 完全打破了炸雞是junk food的觀念 - 我從未食過如此肉質嫩滑、味道細膩的炸雞！
One of the BEST meals I’ve had in 2020. I’m not exaggerating. @hansikgoo just opened a few months ago and quickly became the talk of town, for a good reason🤩 The mastermind behind this modern Korean eatery is Chef @mingleseoul who curates the 2-star Michelin restaurant, Mingles🇰🇷 Mark my words, the food at Hansik Goo was so mindblowingly delicious, I am just counting down the days until it earns its stars in HK🌟
Tasting Menu ($780HKD) The 7-course meal includes 육회(beef tartare), their signature 삼계 리소토(ginseng chicken risotto) and much more🤤 Everyone is committed to this fixed tasting menu; however, you are given the option of adding more dishes to the meal, which I STRONGLY urge you to do so. The Korean Fried Chicken🍗($148HKD) completely shattered the misconception of fried chicken = junk food. Never have I had tender, juicy fried chicken with such a refined flavour profile🤯❤️ Simply unforgettable.
