網上瘋傳GM Diet減肥方法(美國通用汽車公司General Motors為員工研發的減肥餐單),號稱不用做運動,單靠調節飲食,一星期已可達到減磅效果,所以稱為「奇蹟食譜」,究竟神奇之處在哪裡?又是否人人適合?讓我們從中醫角度來拆解!
GM Diet食譜
第1日:只吃水果,例如蘋果、橙、西瓜、奇異果,但不包括香蕉,配合8至12杯清水。
第2日:只吃蔬菜,例如沙律、青瓜、椰菜花、薯仔、番薯等,配合8至12杯清水。
第3日:只吃水果及蔬菜,但不能吃薯仔,配合8至12杯清水。
第4日:只吃香蕉和牛奶,一天可吃8至10條香蕉和4杯牛奶,配合8至12杯清水。
第5日:食用指定份量的雞/牛/魚肉及6個番茄,配合12至15杯清水。
第6日:食用指定份量的雞/牛/魚肉及蔬菜,配合8至12杯清水。
第7日:只吃糙米及蔬菜,飲用果汁幫助身體排毒。
每天飲用奇蹟湯:由椰菜、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、番茄、青椒、檸檬、橄欖油及水等煲成。
可以看到GM Diet以蔬菜及水果作為主要食物,短期內攝取大量纖維及水份,有助促進腸胃蠕動,增加排便,而所謂「奇蹟湯」近似手術前清腸胃湯,在手術一星期前開始飲用,以作清腸胃之用。由於湯只用蔬菜煲成,如果屬於濕熱體質,適量飲用有助紓緩濕熱情況;但如果氣血虛弱或陽虛體質人士,多喝此湯會進一步耗傷氣血,出現頭暈、疲倦乏力、心悸、怕冷等症狀。此減肥食譜並不適合每天使用,並要按體質應用, 適可而止。如有疑問,記得諮詢醫生、營養師或註冊中醫師意見。

Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. The fruit juice helps with detoxification.
Accompanied with daily miracle soup: Made with cabbage, carrot, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, lemon and olive oil.
The GM Diet relies on vegetables and fruits, which are high in fibers. Consuming a large amount of fibers and water within a short period can help promote the bowel movement. This so-called miracle soup is similar to the soup patients would drink a week before their surgery to clear their intestines and stomach.
Individuals with the heat-dampness body condition can benefit from the soup, as it is made from vegetables. However, it is not suitable for individuals with qi and blood or with the yang deficiency, as it would hurt qi and blood, and can cause dizziness, fatigue, palpitation, as well as aversion to cold.

Effects: Promotes blood circulation and nourishes yin. Strengthens weak nails that breaks easily and suitable for absent-mindedness.
Ingredients: 4 jujube dates, 12g lily bulb, 9g radix ophiopogonis, 1 sachet of Dawn Rice Water

This is a recipe for Tori Zosui (chicken rice porridge), which can be made using only a rice cooker, by simply cutting the ingredients, adding them, and switching on. And there are only two seasonings. It's a simple recipe that makes a very tasty chicken rice porridge. The chicken comes out so tender that you can cut it with a spoon.My daughter is wearing braces, so this is a great meal for when she has a toothache. It can also be frozen and stored.
*Recipe* (for 3 servings)
1.1 chicken thigh (300g), cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.Finely chop 1 clove of garlic, 1 clove of ginger, and 1/3 of a white onion (about 30g).
3.Put 1 cup (150g) of washed rice into the inner pot of a rice cooker.
4.Add 1 tablespoon sake and 3 and 1/3 tablespoons white dashi (Japanese soup stock).
5.Add (1) and (2).
6.Add water up to the level of 1 cup porridge.
7.Crack in 3 eggs.
8.Place the inner pot in the rice cooker and turn on the rice cooker. Now all you have to do is wait.
9.Done. Sprinkle with green onions, if you like. It's good.

・油 大さじ1.5(卵1回分)
・ごはん 1人前お茶碗1杯分
【準備】
・干し椎茸に400mlくらいの熱湯を注いで戻す
・長ネギを縦半分に割り、斜めにスライスする
・カニカマを割く
・戻した干し椎茸をスライスする
【作り方】
1. 鍋にあんの材料(水溶き片栗粉以外)を入れて中火にかける
2. 沸騰したら火を消し、片栗粉小さじ2~大さじ1を水大さじ1で溶いた水溶き片栗粉を加えながら混ぜる
3. 再度中火にかけて混ぜながら加熱し、再沸騰してとろみがついたら火からおろしごま油小さじ1を混ぜる
4. ボウルに卵4個と干し椎茸・カニカマ・長ネギ、塩ひとつまみを入れて溶き混ぜる
5. お皿にご飯を用意しておき、フライパンに油大さじ1.5(サラダ油大さじ1・ごま油大さじ1/2)を中火で温める
6. 卵液を垂らしたらじゅっとなるくらいまで温まったら、卵液を1人分入れ素早くかき混ぜる
7. 半分くらいが半熟になってきたら周りの卵を中心に折り込むイメージで円形に整える
8. 底面がかたまって、表面が半熟の状態で火を止め、ごはんの上に被せる(卵はひっくり返してもOK)
9. 温めたあんをかけ、万能薬ねぎをのせて出来上がり

7.When half of the egg is half-done, fold the egg around the center to form a circle.
8.Turn the heat off when the bottom has hardened and the surface is half-done. Cover the rice (You can flip the egg.).
9.Pour on the warmed sauce, top with the green onions and it's done.
