Filmed and recorded during my trip to South New Zealand back in May 2019. It was autumn season and most of the streets are full with beautiful autumn foliages. We rented a campervan that can accommodate 6 people, and it was our home for 9 days in the south island. We stored our food, cooked, peed, charged batteries and slept in the van throughout the whole journey.
The only regret I had is I do not have as many footages as I wanted due to many non-flight zones. As there are airports in almost every places we had went, the non-flight coverage area was huge and I was unable to let my drone to take off, hence aerial footages were limited. However, we were blessed with clear skies for few nights, we were able to locate the milkyway with our bare eyes.
This film is made up of timelapse footages consist of 2,265 pictures with more than 8 hours total shooting time, and with more than 60 video clips.

How to make a Diorama. Miniature Hobbit village
I was inspired to see pictures of Hobbit village in New Zealand.
ジオラマ作り ホビット村の風景
私の大好きなゲームSkyrimのMODホビットハウスに触発されて、ニュージーランドのホビット村なども参考にしつつ作ったジオラマです。ニュージーランドのホビット村は映画「ロード・オブ・ザ・リング」のロケ地になった場所なのでご存知の方も多いかもしれませんね。
家に煙突があるので薪とオノを設置し、椅子は薪割り作業で疲れたら座ることを想像して作りました。右上の脚立は背の低いホビットが洗濯物を干すロープを木に結ぶ際に必要ではないかと思い置いてみました。ジオラマ内に人の姿（ホビット）はないんですが、それらのアイテムで少しでも生活感が出ればと思い作りました。
動画内に登場するリキテックスのレジンサンドは樹脂球体を含んだ半透明の盛り上げ材で、昔使ったコースパミスゲルに似て凸凹した仕上がりになります。

今日はリクエストにお応えして、「翼をください」を英語で歌いました♪
今回の英語詞は自分で作ったのではなく、Hayley Westenra（ニュージーランド出身の歌手）が歌った英語バージョンの歌詞をメインにして、カノン（日本のシンガーソングライター）の英語バージョンからも少し拝借し、所々自分で調整しました。Hayleyのバージョンの響きが一番好きでしたが、本来の意味から離れている部分があったので、より意味が近くなるように多少修正を加えました。そして、今回の動画に入れた日本語は、原曲の歌詞ではなく、英語詞の直訳をご参考までに入れました。

This is an English cover of a very well-known Japanese song called Tsubasa wo Kudasai ("Please Give Me Wings").
Instead of writing my own English lyrics, I took the lyrics from a combination of English versions that already existed. My favorite English version is "Bless Me With Wings" by New Zealand singer Hayley Westenra (I like the flow, sound, and rhyme scheme better), so I used that as a base. However, her lyrics differ a bit from the original, so I used the lyrics from Japanese singer-songwriter Kanon's version (closer to the original) and also added some of my own changes to align a bit more with the meaning of the original.
