無糖無鹽無麵粉, 當然都無泡打粉啦, 只需2種材料就簡易完成啦~✌️
過年前買左呢個 waffle pan, 但都沒時間, 今日終於拆箱, 整返個健康早餐先~ 嘩, 好正呀呢個waffle pan, 比起我平時用普通平底pan 來煎好食好多, 心理作用嗎?! 😂 唔係, 真係比平時無咁乾身 😋 仲靚仔好多 😁
其實我買呢個 waffle pan, 係因為佢易清潔, 電磁爐又用得, 所以就忍唔住 😅
ทำอาหารง่ายๆ กับครัวพิศพิไล วันนี้มีเมนูง่ายๆ มาฝาก "พิซซ่าหน้าน้ำพริกเผา" สูตรแป้งบาง ชีสเยอะๆ เยิ้มๆ ยืดๆ อร่อยๆ มาดูส่วนผสมกันเลยค่ะ

- แป้งพิซซ่า 1 แผ่น (แบบบาง)
- น้ำพริกเผา 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- หมูแฮม 1 ถ้วย
- เบคอน 1 ถ้วย
- ปูอัด 1 ถ้วย
- มอสซาเรลล่าชีส 2 ถ้วย
- ออริกาโน่ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- ซอสมะเขือเทศ 1/2 ถ้วย

✅ วิธีทำ
เตรียมขนมปังพิซซ่า ทาน้ำพริกเผาให้ทั่วแผ่นแป้ง วางเบคอนที่ขอบแป้ง หมุแฮม ปูอัด เยอะๆ ได้ตามชอบค่ะ เสร็จแล้วโรยด้วยมอสซาเรลล่าชีสให้ทั่วๆ แผ่นโรยผงออริกาโน่เพิ่มความหอม แล้วนำไปเข้าเตาอบที่วอร์มไว้แล้ว ใช้อุณหภูมิประมาณ 200 องศา ไฟบนล่าง ประมาณ 10-20 นาที หรือดูจนกว่าจะได้หน้าขนมตามชอบ เพราะทุกอย่างสุกมาแล้ว ดูให้สีสวยก็เป็นอันใช้ได้ค่ะ

พิซซ่าสุกแล้วก็จัดใส่จาน โรยด้วยออริกาโน่ ราดด้วยซอสมะเขือเทศ กินร้อนๆ ชีสยืดๆ ยิ่งอร่อยค่ะ ถ้าน้ำพริกเผาไม่ได้ทำเองอาจต้องระวังเรื่องของความเค็มด้วยนะคะ วันหยุดนี้ลองทำกินกันเลยค่ะ ถ้าชอบคลิปนี้ก็อย่าลืมกดไลค์ กดแชร์ กดติดตามให้ด้วยนะคะ
