今回は、各エクササイズを15〜20回行ってからレストを挟んで次のセットに入るという形でワークアウトをしました😃♬
③と④のエクササイズの間、60秒間レストします🍀
セット数は2〜3もしくは、お好みで調節してみてください✨

Resistance Band Full Body workout
It's been 15 days since circuitbreaker started.
How has your workout routine been so far ?
I hope this virus circuit breaker it doesn't become your exercises circuit breakers.
Grab a resistance band, let's get started.
Each exercise is 45 second and 10 second rest.
Repeat 3-4 set
1. Bent over row
