With summer winding down we're pleased to be bringing you the final exhibit in our three-show run of all Japanese artists...and it's one we are personally very excited for.
Join us beginning Saturday, September 18 for "Japanese Salaryman Satoshi," a new figure exhibition by Dehara Yukinori, presented in conjunction with Paradise Toy.
For this exhibit, works will be available first to attendees of the opening weekend, but we will take requests for purchase via our previews email list and conduct a lottery for remaining pieces after the opening weekend. Sign up at previews.rotofugi.com to receive an email when works are available to request.
We are being cautious and will not be holding an opening reception for this exhibit.

横浜市日ノ出町の家系ラーメンといえば…！神奈川県横浜市中区日ノ出町『たかさご家本店』にお邪魔しました。京急本線「日ノ出町駅」から1分ほどにあり、緑の看板に大きく「とんこつラーメン」とあるのですぐ分かります。家系ラーメンの歴史の上でも名前がよく出るお店で、詳しいことは他に譲りますが、こちらで修行された方々がさらに分かれて有名な家系ラーメン店を出されています。普段は夜中まで営業されているので、深夜にふと食べたくなった時にもつい寄れてしまうのも嬉しいですね。それでは早速ご覧ください！

Speaking of Iekei Ramen in Hinode-cho, Yokohama City ...! We visited "Takasagoya Main Store" in Hinode-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa! It's about 1 minute from "Hinodecho Station" on the Keikyu Main Line, and you can easily find it because the green sign says "Tonkotsu Ramen"! It is a shop whose name often appears in the history of Iekei Ramen, and I will leave the details to others, but the people who trained here are further divided into famous Iekei Ramen shops. It's open until midnight, so it's nice to be able to stop by when you suddenly want to eat at midnight! Let's get in the way!

＊Iekei-ramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one.
