歹夫好可央 Dr. KIANG 醫師挺大麻
這位是一個有FND(functional neurological disorder) 的病人，可以翻譯成功能性神經症候群，症狀從四肢無力無法控制，到癲癇，慢性疼痛都有可能，所以才叫症候群。

這些病人很可憐，因為做腦波或核磁共振MRI，很常都沒有異常的結果，所以過去也常被當作是精神病患來治療。但如今科學稍微開始發現這些病人在在生理機轉上，仍然有相似之處，但確切的病因還是無解。

片中講話的是病人的太太，可以看到病人在使用大麻後，症狀快速的緩解，除了肺部對藥物的吸收速度是最快的以外（跟打針不相上下），另外就是大麻的神奇療效了。國外還有許多影片是針對頑固性小兒癲癇，使用CBD的滴劑後的快速改善，也是令人振奮。

但欣慰的同時，反觀台灣的現況，無力感和憤怒也油然而生，究竟還要多久，才能讓大眾認識到大麻是藥而不是毒；究竟還要多久，在上位的決策和掌權者，才能體會一下這些需要大麻的病人的痛苦。

現在開始在診所工作，有時候一個診看了個三四十個病人，絕大多數都是自己會好的感冒。但診所外，有多少慢性疼痛或是有機會因為大麻而有症狀改善的病人，正等著法律的改變。

唉...我也想正向積極一點，但現實總是令人難過和無力，也許音樂創作是另一個可以努力的途徑？

Diagnosed a year ago with a relatively publicly unknown condition called FND (functional neurological/movement disorder) and now a further diagnosis of Dystonia. Before the diagnosis, he was a fit, active and healthy lover of the outdoors; a hard-working family man with three adult children.

He spent 5-7 days on 3 separate occasions in the hospital with the staff trying to calm the body and the rate of seizures, which were sometimes 15 violent body thrashing seizures a day! Normal meds didn't agree with him and after a few weeks he had to stop taking them due to side-effects. He found himself spiraling into a dark place, feeling suicidal and even disappearing, which once resulted in the police having to be called

The couple were aware of the benefits of cannabis, having smoked it on occasion in the past, but struggled with the legal ethics. For several months he had no form of relief, which put the body through immense pain and uncontrollable sweats and movements. They eventually saw no choice and started with a mild strain to see what effects it would have - and you can see it for yourself.

【修復愛情】LOVE REPAIR

婚前，沒話找話說，婚後，有話也不說，這是很多現代婚姻的寫實照。

若又不能對家人和好友訴苦，那真的是撞牆幾百次都不敵內心的痛。

所以有個笑話：以前提到結婚，想到「天長地久」，現在提到結婚，想到「能撐多久」。

我的工作，常常會處理夫妻感情問題：男人偷吃、紅杏出牆、夫妻不和、婆媳問題、感情退溫等等。

可能你以為我身為女子，一定幫女人說話，覺得錯的都是男人。

但我的耳朵一邊長一隻，就是用來聽雙方的說辭。學佛後，更不會偏袒任何一方，無論付我錢的人是誰，因為明白了「不是冤家不結婚」，「業障不重不生孩子」。你以為是他對你不好，卻不知前世你對他做了什麼。

那天看風水時，我發現女客人會不斷對先生說某種話。這不是什麼不好聽或污辱性的話，但這話是先生八字非常避忌的，只會讓他越來越反感，把這太太推入冷宮。

我如實地教導她，也教導他先生。

嫁出去的女兒，必須長大，學會以先生喜歡的方式去愛他，不要強行自己的做法就是最好。

愛一個人，就算你不苟同他的決定，你依然願意陪伴他，因為你說過你不會讓他孤軍作戰，不是嗎？

娶了媳婦的兒子，外頭再大的壓力，也要記得老婆是娶來疼的，因為她相信你有能力給她幸福，才會嫁給你。

得饒人處且饒人，不要拿自己心裡的毒來逼家人吃，殘害他們。這也是日行一善。

好些太太告訴我，她們的先生見了我之後，會聽我的話，比她們不停嘮叨還管用。

能夠出來「走江湖」，又有願要度眾生的風水師，八字和品性自然能賦予眾生的心，安撫他們的不安，給他們一盞希望的明燈。說白一點，是太太與先生之間有冤業才會產生糾紛，不是與我。

我以我師尊、我師父所教的，盡我所能來修復你們受傷的愛情、裂開的婚姻，讓你們今世夫妻不會演變為來世冤親。

我希望能拔除眾生的苦，只求你配合一百巴仙，不要等到太遲才行動。

It is easy to assume that he is mistreating you, but if only you know what you did to him in your past life.

During the Feng Shui audit that day, I noticed that the female client kept saying certain things to her husband. While it was nothing bad or insulting, the words she said were against her husband’s Bazi elements. If not stopped, it will cause increasing aversion in him and relegate the marriage into limbo.

I taught the female client and I also taught her husband truthfully.

A daughter who has married must grow up and learn to love her husband the way he likes it, not always forcing her ideals on him.

So that your marriage affinity this lifetime will not deteriorate to that of karmic debtors next life. I also hope to remove the sufferings of sentient beings. ✖ Start GTA 5 and wait until you are in-game.

✖ To start the hack, press Numpad+. This will start/increase the max rate of peds dropped per second. Numpad- will decrease the maximum rate. There are currently 13 steps, ranging from limiting up to 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 320 peds/second max.
✖ Just stand still at the same spot and receive all the money falling from the sky. Most money pickups will add 2k to your bank account. Since the mod is external, not all peds may teleport correctly and some will die elsewhere and some will not spawn any money pickup. (Alternatively you could start walking around and grab the money pickups after they have fallen on the floor behind you.)
✖ Press Numpad- key a couple of times to stop money from dropping.
✖ The executable will close itself once GTA5 is no longer running.
