🧡臀腿暖身運動
如果問我,運動中我覺得最重要的是什麼?
答案絕對是「暖身」!
因為我之前有過趕時間,沒有暖身好而受傷的經驗,不但治療貴鬆鬆,不能訓練更是令我痛苦!
所以現在暖身我再趕,暖身也會「做好」、「做滿」!
If you asked me what is the MOST important thing when comes to do any sports; my answer is definitely “𝗪𝐀𝐑𝐌 𝐔𝐏”!
I had injured myself badly in the past due to not warming up enough; it didn’t just cost me lots of money to get treated, the worst part is I couldn’t train during the healing time!
So, warm up, warm up & warm up!

最近想同大家分享一個簡單 臀部肌肉既熱身方法
事實上,如果你站姿坐姿都有問題,工作成日坐,係做腳部運動之前係非常需要activate臀部肌肉,否則大腿肌肉就好自然做哂主動,覺得大髀膝頭好易攰,練唔到patpat。
以上幾個動作好簡單就可以feel下個股💪🏼

⭐️Glutes Muscle Activation!
1. Glutes Bridges
- Drive through from your heels until you raise your hip up to a straight legs. Feel the contraction of glutes at the top.

2. Butt Kick
- Raise your legs from your hip joint by keeping your core tight. So not bend your lower back when you raise the legs. You could feel the butt contracting when you reach the highest point.

3. Side leg raise
- Similar exercise to plank leg raise. Keep leg straight and your body lays down in a horizontal plane.

4. Frog Squat
- I love this so so MUCH. Get your elbow between your knees and push your knee outward for a bit. Squatting low and drive through from your heels until your body becomes parallel to the ground.
