To me, another form of Self Love is also levelling up yourself and bettering yourself in all aspects throughout time. Which is why every year I set small and big goals for myself to accomplish....for example, like learning one new instrument each year, or accomplishing a brand new fitness goal. I always feel like room for improvement always exists, it doesn’t matter what pace you go at...just go at your own comfortable pace.....but never let yourself have the mindset where you think “you’re the best”, because that will only stop you from improving. What you gain from levelling yourself up will always stay with you, and make you a better person, and no one can steal that away from you. So level yourself up now! 😝🤟🏻🌈

對我來說，增值自己是另一種Self Love的形式。所以每一年我都會給自己定一些大和小的目標，例如每年學一個新樂器.....或者練馬甲線。我常常覺得任何時候都”還會”有「進步的空間」，進步的速度不重要，只要你努力，就隨著自己舒服的速度就可以了，但永遠不要讓自已有一個「我已經超好」的心態，這樣只會讓你停下來不再進步。自己的進步和學到的才能是會跟著我們一輩子，別人拿不走的，所以......讓自己進步起來！耶！💪🏻🌈🥳
