I have a feeling I might not be able to walk the stairs properly tmr. After a 40km ride (with a lot of uphill) on Monday night, back squats (5x5), power cleans, deadlifts and KB swings last night, I managed to finish a little duathlon of my own - 5km-50km-5km. I'm guilty of neglecting my snatch and it showed in my training yesterday:( Had to relearn so many things and my little faults came back to haunt me. It's ok, I won't let too much dust settle the next time.
After Triple Threat Boot Camp, oly lifting followed by a metcon and prowler sets, it's no wonder I woke up with aches all over.
Experienced a loss of appetite today, as well as dehydration - not usual for me; a sign of overtraining perhaps, as my body isn't used to this new regime (mix of CrossFit and cardio endurance training). Just done with a 7.5km run and a 50km cycle and I still have no appetite. I have to eat though, as much as I don't feel like, so my body can refuel.
