Seeing chocolate in a brand new light 😍 Chocolate Blackforest Pavlova, one of the great chocolate desserts that I learnt today from 1-Altitude Pastry Chef Jasmin Chew at THE KITCHEN SOCIETY It may look deceivingly simple, but the tricky meringue is not to be messed with.

Made with Valrhona Manjari 64% and topped with potent brandied cherries, this chocolate pavlova is so light, yet fudgy as the secret chocolate chunks melt into delightful gooeyness. This recipe is a keeper 😉❤️
