Last week's Yahoo #Fitspo of the Week is @nadiahxfit! This sports and health educator only started lifting weights last year but got addicted to it and even competed in physique competitions. Admitting she was very uncomfortable wearing a bikini on stage during her first competition, she has grown a lot in confidence since. Crashed on the floor last night after I got back from the track and that was only Day 1! Then it was bright and early for #OperationBrokenWing! This morning, the local CrossFit community gathered to #FightForHope as we aimed to clock as many reps as we can to raise funds for youths at risk. Very very heartening to see all the boxes come together for a good cause 😁😁😁 My first time doing Rx and I managed 246 reps in the heat and humidity - thank you @debsoon and @epn_singapore for sponsoring my reps!! #crossfit #crossfitsg
